Elements / Diagrams changed recently - how to find them

Hello Guys,

I am wondering , what is the best way, how to find out what elements/diagrams have been created/changed recently.
I would like to renew our DB to specific date and I need to find out, who did some changes in between.

I tried Common Search -> Recently modified elements but that finds now results

You need to type the # of days in the search term in order to make the Recently searches work.

Ok, so that explains the number 3 always inserted to search field . It works , thanks
