Add discussion in Package via API

I am trying to add discussion in package via API, but I am not able to do it.

Is there any way where we can add discussion in package via api ??

I don't think so.
You can always us SQL update to add them to the database directly though.

If you use PCS, I think you can add them using the OSLC api: https://sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/16.1/the_model_repository/oslc_cfactory.html
