Systems Engineering: Specializing Block as a subject of a Use Case

Hello,
I would like to specialize a sysml block as a subject of a system use case and show the use case that "is part of" the use case in a diagram (bbd?) or by a graphical representation of classifiers. How can this be done in EA?
I am referring to an example  like this: https://www.webel.com.au/node/1711.
Picture in the middle and on the right. Is there any recommendation?

Next step would be to refine the use cases by activites, instanciate the activities as action to an activity diagram and define object flows, this is more or less clear.

On System context I have the reduncancy of actors/users and external systems I cannot fully translate to EA.
