Generate DDL encoding issue

I'm using  EnterpriseArchitect (16.0.1605) with a DBMS repository
Connection / DBMS:  OLEDB - MS SQL Server
Database Schema Version: 1558

Whatever I set as code page in the Code Generation Options

When I generate DDL the generated fil is ANSI encoded.
If I want the files in UTF-8, what else should I change in the settings ?
