Problem with numbering in the table contents

Hello,

I'm currently trying to generate a documentation report. I use packages, sub-packages as well as artifacts "documents". The problem is, that when the report is generated, the numbering of the structure (Table of Contents) is incorrect. The artifacts are automatically viewed two levels deeper. Unfortunately I can't attach an image to clarify everything. I would appreciate every suggestion and help.
