Fixing duplicate names on shapes?!

HELP! I don't know what I changed or if I changed something that caused this, but I'm seeing duplicate name field values in shapes on a generated UML activity diagram. 

I have to present during grooming this morning, and I hope someone can tell me how to correct this.

Ha, I see. Those are a actions calling an Activity. This is what happens when you execute another use case in your step.

Not sure how you ended up with those. Can you share an image of the scenario this was generated from?
Might also be depended on the option you choose when generating.

Option may be the problem because this was not happening before last night when I was looking at Preferences screen. I'm sure I changed something, but I don't know what anymore because I didn't realize what would have permitted this.

My manager was able to regenerate the diagram, but she did not overwrite it, and it looks the same to me. She said she doesn't see the duplicates. I used a smaller use case and generated its activity diagram.

Looks like you have instantiated an actiity and the action has the same name so you see name and qualilfier.
 Hence the colon in between.

I found the problem! In Preferences, under Objects, I had selected "Show invoked Activity name (UML)." When I unchecked it, the dupes went away.

I've got 16 minutes to fix my diagram for backlog grooming!
