Command line interface(CLI) for EA ???

Currently, I am utilizing Enterprise Architecture v14 for my projects.

Is it possible to operate Enterprise Architecture via a Command Line Interface (CLI) within a Windows prompt environment?
I am interested in importing source code through CLI, and further considering the creation and management of diagrams.

As long as you stick to the API you can script EA from outside very well.
