Modeling IVR - Interactive Voice Response Diagrams

Dear all,

Today I get questions form Call center team about possibility use tool enterprise arhitect for the manage design  IVR tree and modeling. They asked if anyone has already solved such an area in sparx and if there is a methodology or instructions for covering IVR design.

Call center team actual  for the design IVR tree in the excel and and would be interested in modeling IBR trees in the sparx tool.
Does anyone have experience  or recomendation for the modeling and manage change management  for Call Centers? Colaboration between Bussines users and IT guis support and manage IVR in the Call center system.

It will be great if you direct me and share your experiences with me.
