How can I filter for only the Ports in a block when creating a Report Template?

I am trying to create a template where I can list in a table the Ports of a Block along with their notes. I have however other embedded elements like properties and Activities for example. How can I filter only the ports? I see there are filters one can add in the template editor but I only see something called Element, but no real option to select ports. It seems like it is more of a search capability.
