New Filter "Not contain" condition

Using filters in RTF templates and diagrams, I would like to hide all elements with a name that doesn't contain a value.
This is not possible as the conditions are Contains, Equal to, Not equals. I tried to use wildcards with the Contains condition but it doesn't work.

Would it be possible to add the Not Contain conditions?
