EA Adddin help

Is there a way to intergrate my help document for my addin with EA built-in Help?

Not to my knowledge.

You can add a 'Help' menu item to your Add-In menu and have that open a help file which you include in your Add-In installer package, but you can't integrate your help file with EA's.
