VS Studio MDG Integeration

Hi
Is anyone out there using the MDG Integration with Visual Studio?

I am; and I'm getting a little frustrated with it
The connections between VS projects and EA packages are not maintained between invocations of VS. These connection also seem to disappear at random when using the EA project explorer within VS.

Has anyone else experienced this or similar problems?

What version of Visual Studio?
What language are the projects?
What build number of EA?
What database format is EA using?

VS = 2012 professional 11.0.61030.0
C++
EA = V12 RC1
SQL or eap give the same results
