Internet Explorer cannot open HTML report

When my models are exported to a HTML report, Internet Explorer says 'Access Denied' when I try to open them. However the reports can be viewed using Firefox. Any ideas what might cause this behaviour?

I'm guessing it's related to the error described at http://www.sparxsystems.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?num=1406757915/8#8

If so, Internet Explorer has changed its behavior again. (Or some other factor is at play)
