EA Connector For Jira

I made mappings and trying to Import Issues. When I want to click Import Issues  there was an error showing up which was just:

"Object reference not to set an instance of an object"

After clicking ok and choice an issue

"There was an error displaying comparison table" error showing

How can I fix this?

You should report that as bug (link bottom right of this page). If the Jira connector is bought from a different company you should contact them also.

I am not a registered member of sparxsystems .I can't report bug.How can I register?

You could mail directly. If it's a bug report they (hopefully) will have a look into the issue. To register you need to buy a license.
