Working offline with DOORS MDG

I wanted to know if the following use-case is possible with the MDG DOORS Add-in.

DOORS module exists offsite at customer Location
Contractor does not have DOORS, only EA Architect
Export DOORS module from customer site into file in order to import into EA architect.
Import file into EA architect
Create, modify, etc. requirements and export.
Have user at customer site import the requirements into DOORS.

The DOORS MDG is a one way DOORS -> EA.

From what i know... you need to have EA and DOORS syncronised and BOTH online...

But you can code some import/export EA/DOORS that work offline (i did)
