Custom TargetName in Model Pattern Wizard
« on: August 20, 2015, 09:40:29 pm »
Hi

Sitrep.
I have multiple model patterns that I use to create use cases, etc.
The pattern creates a package and some content that is applicable for each situation. So step 1 is ok.

Problem.
I have to rename all the elements that the model pattern created. So e.g. the package will be named 'TargetName', the use case 'UC TargetName' etc. Then I have to rename all these elements to the correct value; which is a lot of work :P

Solution?
Is there a way EA can give me an InputBox (like it does in MDG Technology Basic Template creation) that allows me to automatically apply a naming template?

Thanks for any help in the right direction

Kind regards
Vincent

I guess not out-of-the.box. But with a little scripting it should be easy to do what you want.
