How to remove trial MDG add in for VS.net

I have installed the trial version of the MDG add in for VS.net and it has now expired. I have decided not to buy it.

I now keep getting a request to the enter a valid licence key when I start EA. It allows you to close the dialogue and continue but it is getting annoying. There appears to be no option to remove the trial version.

Does anyone know if or how this can be done?

Try add or remove programs in the control panel.

It comes under MDG Link for Visual Studio .NET

Doh! what an obvious place to look.

Somehow, I had convinced myself that I needed to remove it via the resource manager or other internal EA component.
