how can define and use UML template, can I define a sequece diagram like a template?
In this sense, How can reference this sequence diagram

Can you explain, what you mean by "UML template"?

I think you're referring to a uml pattern. You need to create a uml diagram first and save it as a XML pattern. You can then import it into any project and use it in any model. There's more about this subject in the helpfile. Hope this helps....
