Yes it does.

The same way a pencil supports the building architecture design process.  (Perhaps I'm being unkind)  EA will support any system development method around as long as it's object based.  To get some ideas ...

Search these forums for the words "tool" "technique" and "method".
Look at the Sparx website information.
Do a google search on "Iconix"
