Hi

In our relationship we are writing busines usecases at the same time we are modelling tbe business process also. Can I draw a traceability or realization diagrams showing dependency between BUC, Requirements and SUC.
Can I put this diagram inside my Usecase model?

Sure you can. Just place any conventient (UC) diagram in your package. Give it a meaningful name and put the elements in. Then you can draw <<trace>> dependencies with the quick link. You should also look at the relationship matrix which can be of great help.
