Include attached file while generating RTF documen

Is there any way to renderize attached file to an element within a RTF document???

External links to files that are set in the Element.File properties can be reported in RTF document as hyperlinks but not as data. Alternately it may be best to import the file (if possible) into a Element.Linked Document - and report this - using the RTF section: Element::Model Document.
