How to:Lowering boundary in Sequence Diagram?
« on: March 24, 2011, 08:26:28 pm »
Hallo,

It's my second day using EA,

I create a sequence diagram, and than I put 3 boundary and 2 entities. All of them are at the same level (at the top margin). I have difficulties to make the boundary down from the top margin.
Looks like sd Start and End in http://www.sparxsystems.com/resources/uml2_tutorial/uml2_sequencediagram.html

thanks in advance,  ;D
it's already whole day i'm trying to solve this

Go to the message properties window, and at the "Lifeline" combobox, and set "New" for create the object at the message reception and "Delete" to destroy it (the X that ends the lifeline)

Thanks Luis,

It's work. Does the dash line mean "Load Page" or "Call Function"? Because after Lifecycle change to "new", than the straight line change to become dashed line.

Finally, i end this day with your solution...

kindly regards,
