save a package's class models to a single diagram?

I'm a tech writer using Enterprise Architect to create as-built documentation. I have tons of class diagrams that were created by importing the existing code into EA. Is there a way to select all a package's class models and output them to a single diagram image?

And, is there a way to output a list of all the class diagrams?

(Neither of these seemingly frequently performed tasks is discussed in the Help's "Diagram Tasks" section.)
