c++ forward declaration

Hi,

i'm new on enterprise architect 8.
For a existing c++ project i want to reverse engineer and generate source code for new extension.
First i want to generate a forward declaration from model to c++,but i found no documentation about that.
Has anyone a simple documentation or samples for c++/ea to generate and model the forward declaration in ea?
