Assign Unclarified Questions to Use Cases per Pers

Before switching to EA I have created a tool backing up my Use Case Analysis process, in which I had a table specifically assigned to questions that needed to be clarified, and which could be attributed to persons (in that case mainly domain experts).

I am now trying to find out how I could realize something similar in EA. I was thinking possibly to abuse the Resources Allocation because they are also an entity which connects persons and elements (such as use cases).

Does anybody have a good idea? Or is there an easy way to extend a model not only with tagged vallue but a further table?

Basically I have to have the possibility to group such Questions per Person and jump to the linked element (use case) or even better do see the use case note directly in addition to the question, so that I know what I refert to.

Or is there any third party tool that would implement such a scenario? Thanks for help!

I created <<role>> stereotyped objects for persons (instantiation of according actors). You can assign those from a tagged value drop down (see Type=RefGUID; in the help).
