Do you mean using EA projects with a team? Then these sections in the Online Help might point you in the right directions:

There are several ways to collaborate on projects, what's the best for you might depend on team and project size.

You should continue the discussion on the user forum, that others can participate and benefit from the information.

So if I understand you right, there are other UML projects from your colleagues, containing parts you want to reuse in your project. Basically that is a poor approach, you should consider setting up ONE project that is used in a shared environment. These were the pointers for I gave you.

It's possible though, that you can use stuff from other EA projects, by using XMI exports and importing these to your project and use them there.
