Define Stereotype for the whole model once!

Could some one guide me how can I define the stereotype once and use it in the model back, I mean I need to save the stereotype and then I want to select it from the menu in the Object/Component/.... without retyping it again and again each time that I need to assign the object:
ex: I want to define DB as stereotype for Component1--> from Stereotype menu,, then If I move to Component2 I want to select DB from Stereotype drop-down menu...

Define them in Settings/UML Types/Stereotypes. Eventually modify user security so users can not change that ad-hoc.
