EA trial version not running

Previously I was using EA 6.1. It was running fine. Now I installed EA trial version 7.1 after removing the version 6.1. It gets installed successfully but when I try to open it shows cross and says that your evaluation period has expired.

Please help me.

Presumably you installed an earlier version of the trial on that same machine more than 30 days ago. Please contact our sales department (http://mailto:[email protected]) and ask for a trial extension key.
