Paying for bug correction?
« on: June 03, 2008, 12:53:43 am »
Hi,
up to now I have 6 unanswered bug report (latest from 10 Dec 2007; before that I accidentially used the unregistered users bug report form where I have more than the above 6 unanswered). I do not have any trace what's going on with my reports. It's even harder as I only get the subject posted back (I remember this as a major improvement some time ago because before that time there wasn't even that present). Would it be possible to have a bug tracker (e.g. Mantis) where we could post the bugs and see what's happening? That would make us users happier and Sparx' developers also.

Ex member abcde has a point there. Some bug reports are answered and some are not. Sparx must get swamped with duplicate bug reports.

So why don't they offer a public bug tracker?
