XMI tag documetation
« on: October 24, 2005, 04:06:49 am »
Hi,
I want to use the XMI to export, modify and import models.
I have generated an EA XMI file by exporting it.
While most of the stuff in the filw is eaily understood, some is cryptic, like:

<UML:DiagramElement geometry="EDGE=3;SX=0;SY=-3;EX=0;EY=1;$LLB=;LLT=;LMT=CX=110:CY=15:OX=0:OY=0:HDN=0:BLD=0:ITA=0:UND=0:CLR=-1:ALN=0:DIR=0:ROT=0;LMB=;LRT=;LRB=;Path=;" subject="EAID_4" style="Mode=3;EOID=E767006A;SOID=BF5D56ED;Hidden=0;"/>

Looking for an explanation of $LLB, LMT, etc. has brought up nothing so far.
Is there some reference that explains this ?

Thx
Olaf

I don't know the exact answer, but that string appears to be specifying how a connector is drawn on a diagram in EA.

It may be used for some diagram interchange, in that case it's probably documented somewhere, otherwise it won't be.

Hi Simon,

thanks for your answer.
I relayed the question to support and they sent me an answer detailing the meaning. I will ammend this thread with it shortly.

Regards
Olaf
