We use EA while using the ICONIX process.

The challenges we have yet to work out is versioning: EA manages things at a package level. Our first attempt using it ended up with a situation where only developer at a time could work on anything in a package. We had to back out of that fast.

What specific  features and capabilities you're looking for?

Well, I am no scrum expert, but we would like to be able to tag requirements with 'releases' or 'sprints' so that all the bits are completed in that period.  This may be as simple as extending the data dictionary.  Or, we thought to create diagrams which are sprints, in effect, and hang them on the wall as a dartboard.
