visio 2007 support

i just tried to import a visio file with the new importer tool => unfortunately it does not support visio2007
* when do you plan to support it ?
* it also did not work after i saved the vsd file as visio 2002 format

Hello Gerald,

When using the Visio Importer Add-In, it does not matter what the file format is.  The Add-In does not directly read the file.  Instead the file is opened in Visio, and the Add-In gets the information through Visio's automation interface.  So the dependency is on the installed version of Visio, not the saved file format.

FYI: The version requirement was largely enforced due to a dependency on the XMI plugin for Visio which we use to extract vital information from UML diagrams in Visio.  Microsoft only released this plugin for Visio 2002 and 2003.
