C# Add-In Example

Hi,
I've been trying to get the C# / .NET Add-In example to work but don't have Visual Studio to generate the COM interop wrapper code.

Could anyone point me to a worked example please? I've tried following the .NET 1.1 SDK COM Interop documentation to add GUID etc but no success so far.
