unknown transition, source or target on get latest

Hi
I'm using build 831, when I used Get All Latest command to retreive all latest from our SVN repository, I've noticed that practically during the retreival of every package there was a message Error: unknown transition, source or target.
What does it mean? Does it mean that some transitions or activity elements have been lost and what could be the reason?
