Cannot Edit Relationship Details With Security On

I am using EA 7.1 and have turned on security in the rigorous model. I am able to access the relationship matrix and create/delete relationships. However, I would now like to add more information about the relationship. I am unable to do this as the Relationship window comes with the OK button greyed out. I did lock this item before trying this out and also did this with admin privileges. Is this a bug or am I missing something? Also, I would like to report on this information ie relationship details. How do we do this?

Check to make sure that both elements - or at least the source - are not locked. I think the relationship matrix respects such locks. It certainly does check them when assigning colors to entries.

I have tried to lock all the elements in the project from the top-level down and then do the same and it still does not make a difference. If this is an EA bug, can one of the EA guys tell whether they are looking to fix it soon or not as this aspect is quite vital for the project. Also, any suggestion will be appreciated to work around the problem.

I have tried recreating this, and something is definitely amiss. When you set the lock on the source element, does the Relationship Matrix icon turn pink? Mine does not, and I am assuming that this indicates that the Matrix does not recognise the lock.

Please submit a formal bug report to Sparx support (use the link at the foot of the forum screen).

I have found that I can edit the relationship on the diagram. Perhaps you can do the same? Please indicate whether you can or not in your bug report.
