RTF: "Grouping with Tables" doesn´t work

I tried to create a report with grouping within tables, according the white paper "Working with the RTF Generator", page 17.

But it is impossible for me to insert a inner group in a table cell - how explained in sections 2) and 3). The inner groups are added behind the table in the regular text.

Is this a operation error by me, a feature or a bug?

I am using EA 7.1.832 .

In build 832 there were some Sections that were nt able to be placed into tables - this was corrected for build 833 - which is available for download.
