Changing/deleting info in headers and footer

I am a newbie with EA. I have opted to print page header and footer so I can have page numbering on my printouts. However, I do not want all the other 'guff' that appears automatically.

How can I change, delete, add information to the headers and footers of my document?

According to the EA documentation you can edit document headers and footers. (Very brief) Instructions are available in the Headers and Footers help topic. I find the best way to navigate to that topic is to type Footer | Insert in RTF Template. Note that the first term ("Footer") is singular. If you use the plural you'll end up going to Footers | Add to RTF Document. This is a different page - you very likely started there - although the topic name in the help index appears to suggest the same thing.
