JVM crash when attaching a process to EA
« on: December 17, 2008, 09:31:04 am »
Hi,

I am trying to create sequence diagrams by attaching the jvm to EA (version 7.1 build 834 with patches).

The same works in EA 6.5.

I am doing the usual ritual (adding SS agent and classpath in the jvm startup command).

Any help is much appreciated. Currently I am toggling between versions 6.5 and 7.1 to get things done :).

I get the following in stdout:

#
# An unexpected error has been detected by HotSpot Virtual Machine:
#
#  EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x6701ce8e, pid=2464, tid=4928
