Bug with connector label text wrapping
« on: January 06, 2009, 02:01:37 pm »
Text on connector labels reformats itself when the EAP file has been saved and re-opened. Typically if I set a text label to be a single line, when the model is re-opened, the text has wrapped the last one or two words.

Has anyone else observed this -- or am I the only one?

I have reported this bug using the registered users bug reporting facility on the EA website. But other than an automated email there is no 'real' acknowledgement when using that facility...

Visual representation of the problem is here:

There have been issues with connector labels and locking of the labels size, recently.  Check over the last couple of months to find them.  I don't think they've been resolved.

Oh, by the way, welcome to the near black hole of Sparx support.  If you're lucky you'll get a human to respond and (perhaps) give you an issue number which you can't use anyway.

Don't let that detract you from reporting bugs there's tons to be found...  But please place copies (as you have done) here so we don;t end up reporting the same bug...  Also,i f you get a response from Sparx, note it here.
