RTF templates and tables bug report

FYI, after fiddling a few hours with the RTF templates again, I filed the following bug report:

Actually the handling of tables inside sections is not only inconsistent, it furthermore breaks a document structure:

-Putting a table in an element scenario section below the scenario notes and scenario types leads (if applied to an element with 4 scenarios) to 4 tables in the RTF document but only one scenario description.

- If a table is placed directly below a diagram section the diagram is placed into the table header.

- A table with more than one line in a diagram section reproducably breaks the document structure if a Diagram.DiagramImage element is included.
