Error while importing XML file into a package

I created a design in EA, exported as an xml file and is stored in TFS (Source Control Software). But when I try to import the same xml file into the package it is displaying a dialog box with below error message:

Code = 0xc00ce00e
Source = Line:19056; Char:90
URL:file:///C:/Program%20File/Saprx%20Systems/EA/UML_EA.dtd
Error Description = The attribute 'xmi.idref' with namespace '' references the ID'EAID_982D0C7F_E3F1_459c_9371_4EC336A61C49' which is not defined anywhere in the document.
