Text shriked in use case's properties

Text is shrinked in use case's properties (General tab - field Notes).
We imported use cases form Rational Modeler EMX file. The text was imported correctly into DB repository. Complete text is visible in RTF and HTML reports, but in the use case propreties dialog is shrinked.

There no info about text length limit in help file. I do not understand why this limit exists if in database the field is stored in BLOBs.

Same behavior in EA 7.1 and 7.5 beta
