Register Linux Trial

Hi everyone,
I installed EA for Linux in Codeweavers as described on http://www.sparxsystems.com/support/faq/ea_on_linux.html. After successfully starting I wanted to register it from "Help|Register and Manage Keys " and entered my EA 7.1 key, that works in Windows.

But nothing happens, EA still claims to be a Trial - is this key Linux-compatible? What can be a solution for this issue?

The issue is that you need to download a different installer.

EA's trial and registered versions are different executables.  As when you downloaded the trial, make sure you get the linux/wine executable.
