Source Code Engineering Messes Up Class Diagrams

Every time I synchronize my project by reimporting the entire source tree for my code base EA will reposition many of the objects that I've taken such painstaking effort to place on my class diagrams. How can I disable this automated repositioning? It causes me quite a bit of headache.

Go to Tools | Options | Source Code Engineering.  There is an option for when to layout diagrams after code import.  You want New diagram only.
