Problem with RTF generation

Hello, I've tried to create the documentation of my project but after generating the rtf I've realized that the text I wrote in "Notes" textfield is not shown properly in the rtf. It is shown in a stange way sorrounded by format information like for example

{\fonttbl{\f0 \froman \fcharset0 Times New Roman;}}
{\colortbl\red0\green0\blue0 ;\red255\green255\blue255 ;\red0\green0\blue0 ;}
{\stylesheet{\fs22\cf0\cb1\ulc0 Normal;}{\cs1\f0\fs20\cf0\cb1\ulc0 Default Paragraph Font;}}

I've opened the template and the problem is only with Element.Notes.
My version is 7.0.818. Is there any way to generate the documentation correctly in this version?
