Error while validating BPMN 1.0 Model

Sparx V. 7.5.843
Setting->MDG Technolgies->BPMN 1.0 ENABLED
BPMN add-in installed to use model validation.

I get the following error everytime I run model validation on any selected BPMN 1.0 diagram.

An error occured while attempting to communicate with an Addin:

BPMN (BPMNAddin.cBPMNAddin)

"EA_OnRunConnectorRule: Overflow"

Please contact the add-in provider for assistance.

I re-installed the add-in and sparx EA a few time but the error does not go away. Please can you help? Thanks.

Which edition of EA are you running?

Can you try the following please:

1. Project > Model Validation > Configure and switch off all rules except BPMN.

2. Select a single element and Ctrl+Alt+V.

If that works OK, then select a few more elements and Ctrl+Alt+V. Repeat until you locate the cause, and let us know how you got on.
