Hi,

the last few day, several crashes occurred. By crash, I mean EA is simply closing without any message. I'm using the latest build and Win XP SP3.

At first didn't know what the cause is but now it seems like every now and then, EA crashes after right clicking on certain elements. Unfortunately this is not reproduceable.

The last time it crashes, I had the EA Demo project open, project model/Resources/Overview/Resources Overview. I was trying to find out how these horizontal lines were made (now I know

) by selecting and right clicking on the line. Then, immediately without displaying the context menu, EA was closed.

After reopening EA, I performed nearly the same steps, but no crash. Maybe there are some preconditions I can't remember.

And this crash happened for other elemtents as well.

Which version of EA are you using?

There was an issue with the new (7.5) renderer that caused crashes; which was fixed in build 845.

Though I was saying "latest version", I guess this was not very precise

I'm using 7.5, Build 846
