Import A Model Branch Build 846

Build 844 wouldn't Add Model Branch.  Now Build 846 won't import existing Model Branch from CVS nor will it open an existing one on the File System.  

Please help.  Support isn't responding.

When did you contact support?  Did you use the form, or an email?

I have contacted Support now twice.  Just for verification, here are the steps:
• Checkout CVS Module, this pulls down all ea* directories and assoc. .EAB files
• Create a new EA Project
• Right click on the model in the project browser
• Select "Package Control/Import Model Branch"
• Select Find a Model Branch  (.EAB) file
• Navigate to EAB checked out from CVS stated above
• Click "open" button
Briefly an windows explorer window opens
Then EA alerts with an exclamation in a triangle "cvs update: Updating eaC"

Does anyone have an idea of where my steps are flawed?
