StateNodes - DON'T respond to FILL Colour

You can adjust the Font and Border colour for a State Node, but you can't adjust the Fill colour.  (You can set it and the value will be in the repository - but it doesn't affect the displayed shape).

StateNodes should behave as much like other elements as possible.
