Bug: Disappearing Legend

I'm using Build 846 and have noticed that if I add a legend to my diagrams they "stick", but after shutting EA down and restarting, I end up with an empty legend.

I haven't got time now to post the steps to reproduce, but will do so soon.  Has anyone experience this too?

I know the same issue, and the issue is JET3.5 bug.

After updating JET 4.0 EAP file, I could not reproduce this issue.

The hidden Legends will be shown again after transferring the model to JET 4.0 EAP file.

That has helped.  Will now need to make sure that all our EA user have JET 4.0 installed.
